Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the final packaged weight of the order. All orders are posted via Royal Mail or Ervi and sent recorded delivery. A tracking number will be provided on request.

Free Shipping Requirement

We offer free shipping in the UK on orders over £30.

Order Processing Time

All products are handmade products. It may take little extra time for production.
After receiving your payment, we will dispatch the product within 5 business days at most. We will not work on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days.
