Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated based on the final packaged weight of the order. All orders are posted via Evri or Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided on request.

Order Processing Time

All products are handmade products. It may take little extra time for production.
After receiving your payment, we will dispatch the product within 5 business days at most. We will not work on Sat, Sun and bank holidays as we have to enjoy our family life with our young kids and spouse.
